I tried poco a poco for the first time 2 years ago and had such an excellent experience and hair cut that I have chosen to go nowhere but poco a poco for a cut. I completely trust the staff to give me a consistent and high quality hair cut every time.
If you care about your hair style, health and image I highly recommend poco a poco!

Great salon! Masa is a hair genius. He managed to get my corse wavy hair completely straight, and it has lasted over 10 months!
I also got the essential oils, and use them for everything from my hair, to face, to body. I would go there more regularly if I lived in Auckland!

poco a poco is my favorite hairdresser in New Zealand.
Firstly the service is impeccable. You are always greeted with a smile, then offered a drink and magazines. When having your hair washed you get given a cool little eye shield. The hair wash/head massage is my favorite bit, I almost always fall asleep!
I have always had my hair done by Masa, he is a hair genius! What I love is that he really cares about my hair and does his job so well.
I have had my hair chemically straightened many times, but have nearly always had bad experiences. I only get my hair chemically straightened from Masa now who is trained in Yuko straightening.
I know many people raise eyebrows when I mention my hairdresser is on k road but don’t be deterred by the location, it really is well worth a visit.
