Once again, another great option to get food for less then five dollars. How good is that? They have five items on their five dollar menu — a samosa curry, a dosa curry, two different types of wraps and something else. They are a decent serving — one is enough to fill you up, and if you combine it with, say — the 1.50 chicken wing, or 2.50 for three pakoras, you’ll end up with leftover food. The thing that stops Shamiana getting a great score was the service. They forgot to bring out my friends pakora, then tried to charge her when she finally did get it. They refused to believe she had paid for it, untill we made them go back through the till to find it. When they did, they hardly apologized and we left the store feeling a good dose of ill-​will. However, the food itself was great. So maybe get takeaway.
