As Jess said. this is a classic«cool kids» kinda place. I always drool when I wonder around here. At the beautiful clothes, the AMAZING selection of jewelry, the shoes, accessories and the scrumptious scent of the candles. It’s the kind of place you want to avoid if you’re on a tight budget because you will find something worth buying. And it will probably not be cheap. That said, it is great to have a place with such a collection of different things that are all amazing. I wish I could afford the marvelous things inside! 100% worth having a nosy around… and I dare you not to find something you want to buy!

Superette is that kind of store you buy from when you visit a different country. It’s full of really cool designer labels and funky accessories. And yep, it’s pretttyyy expensive. I often pop into Superette when i’m in the area, but rarely leave with anything. This is not to say there aren’t heaps of awesome things, and i do find myself handling the clothes like they are faberge eggs, but I just can’t afford most of it. With labels like Sass and Bide, Bassike, Stolen Girlfriends Club and Shakuhachi, it;s a great place to find something cool and quirky for a special event. The service is friendly and amazingly dressed(go figure), and keen to help out. The store is crisp and fresh with the emphasis placed clearly on the clothes, and it should be. A good place to visit, even if it is just to marvel and the beauties.

If you want to dress like the rest of the cool kids in Auckland, there’s a high chance you’ll be shopping at Superette. Superette has been in our lives since 2001, now with stores in both Newmarket and Ponsonby. Stylish and boutique fashion labels such as camilla and marc, Ksubi, sass & bide, Lover, Stolen Girlfriends Club, Nudie, Shakuhachi, Bassike and many more all find a home in Superette. They have a great range of designer jewellery and other homewares/gifts such as Archipelago candles(smell divine).
