Very impressive range of teas AND a colour coded sniffing wall… enough said. Although I haven’t tried them all(yet), definitely my favourite to date is Gran’s Garden. It pretty much has a little bit of everything(rosehip, apple and a heap of different berries) and when brewed it is the most vibrant pink colour. The perfect not-so-naughty pick me up on a cold winters day! Tea total café also have a full breakfast and lunch menu that are worth checking out.

Tea Total is a fantastic little café on Kitchener Road, Milford’s main drag. The food here is your standard brunchy café fare, but the real reason you come here is the eponymous tea. There’s a whole wall with shelves upon shelves of jars of different types of tea leaves — I swear they have every flavour of tea you could think of, and a few more that you haven’t — green, black, earl gray, chai, herbal etc — they have it all. They serve it in little glass teapots with strainers so you can see the teabags being drawn before your eyes.
