Of all the Coffee Clubs I have been to in Auckland and in New Zealand for that fact this one in Parnell is the best. Their service, drinks, food and the staff top them all. The staff are really friendly, give fantastic service, quick, make good coffees and the place is very clean. I have never seen dirty tables uncleared for long here. On one instance they did take a while with our food order so a staff member came round apologised for the delay and offered us another beverage each on the house. That was a good gesture… instead of just leaving you sitting waiting. To apologise for a delay is good but to offer another complimentary drink is fantastic. They do have an area out back for the kids to play in as well. These guys should be the benchmark for all other Coffee Clubs to follow.
