I live in California. This store had some odd macbook cases that were discontinued and not available ~anywhere else [I also found them listed on websites in UAE and India, but reaching out to them didn’t get anywhere.].
So…a fellow who works here took the time to look into postage abroad, even though the store doesn’t usually offer international shipping.
No one else was willing to do this, so… yeah. Good service.

The guys at iStore are pleasant enough, but they do not accept or understand our rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.

Which is if your phone has a major fault like mine had, battery was defective; then we are entitled to have our own phone repaired, our money back or a brand new phone, it is our choice not theirs.
We do NOT have to accept a refurbished, serviced phone, which could well be a second hand phone they have overhauled in Australia!
Because of their intransigent attitude, I had to go to the Disputes Tribunal to up hold my rights.

I won the case and they were ordered to refund me the full cost of my iPhone.

I consider myself a relatively patient person but computer issues really push me to my limits… like tanty throwing, stomping my feet, toys well and truly out of the cot, limits. Soo you can imagine my delight when these guys moved in down the road a couple of years ago.
Since then I have been in here with several issues — some small, some not so small, but in each and every case the staff have been friendly and really helpful. Yes, their have been times when they haven’t been able to fix my issue but they have always given me alternative solutions or other avenues to try. Plus their shop is shiny and white.
Thanks iStore NZ. Please never move.

The staff have always been incredibly helpful with any little query I may have, being as technologically challenged as I am. More recently after an unfortunate accident with my computer they not only told me about my insurance rights but helped me select the right computer for my needs.
