Had a wonderful meal here at Apaché. Beautifully presented dishes — tended to be fairly standard vietnamese ingredients, but with a slight french influence. Really enjoyed the green papaya salad(my favourite when I travelled through Vietnam and seemed very authentic), the fish of the day(salmon) and the chocolate mousse for dessert. Difficult to fault the service as well. Would advise to definitely book in advance, particularly if you’re thinking of going on the weekend.

Nice restaurant but a bit cold, temperature and service. I had«Floating Market» which was served in a bowl and contained salmon, slices of green banana and green beans. It was nice and had a very lemon/lime flavour coming mostly from the Kaffir leaves. It would have been nice to have something to soak up all the sauce such as rice but at least it is served with a spoon. Overall nice enough.

Nice room and good addition to off-Cuba Street dining. Delicious fusion. Hanoi Quarter dish was very yummy.
