estate agents? really, did I miss something? had them come in and service the gas pump yesterday. guy turned up on time, was friendly and put together, trustworthy. took the whole pump apart, checked various things and did a pretty good job in cleaning and servicing the pump. so for all that its actually 4 stars. but what I do find a bit puzzling is the charge of EUR 177 for not even 30 minutes being there which includes a travel fee of EUR58.17. come on, nobody pays me to get to work? also, had to pay everything in cash there and then, only had EUR 120 though — luckily though — cause this meant that I would be able to receive an invoice for the rest without an extra admin fee. had I not been able to put down a deposit, the invoice would be sent with an additional admin fee. so all in all, safety is a priority and they got the servicing part done right, but the invoicing, mmmmhhh, not so much.
