Not a tourist trip. This place delivers great food and good service. Dont pass on the soup.

After 9 days of a wide variety of Polish food & a sampling of other cuisines but in Polish style, I was ready for authentic Italian when our conference ended. Da Pietro delivered that perfect marinara flavor to my taste buds! I highly recommend the simple spaghetti. My husband loved his calzone!

Great Italian restaurant. Pasta and dessert taste amazing. Service’s also perfect. Sum up Da Pietro is one of the best place in Cracow, where you can spent nice time.

Don’t get scammed on the water. It’s $ 4.00 for 1000ml of what they call still bottled water and comes in a glass pitcher. Don’t be fooled. It’s TAP WATER!!! Food is mediocre at best.

Right in the main square and pretty busy with people. My colleague recommended this place to me. I did find it fairly tasty and a great way to start off my Poland trip. I shared a bruschetta made up of mushroom and then another with sundries tomato, ricotta, and arugula. They were both delicious and flavorful. We also got their local beer zywiel– which I found more flavorful than tyskie. Next we shared a mushroom parpadelle and the da pietro pizza (without the tuna). The pasta was fabulous. Cooked al dente and flavorful. The pizza was good and the toppies where divided into segments instead of mixed throughout.
I would recommend this place for good food and people watching. But expect a wait and the potential to be seated next to someone smoking. I would also recommend the «sunset» wine from Austria. It was fruity and amazing. The best part of the meal in my opinion.

This is really good Italian food. They bring fresh baked bread with a delicious olive tampenade to start off. And I always get a soup. Every one is super fresh and great. I especially like the minestrone and the mushroom one. They have an exceptional Taglietelle with WIld Mushrooms that my visitors are still talking about! The wine list is good and the servers knowledgable about it. This is another one of the cool underground restaurants in the city center and I just love the cave-​like ambiance. It’s really neat and feels private. I will definitely go back.

Excellent resto italien en plein coeur de Cracovie.
Il donne sur la place principale, là où il y a tous les bars.
La salle de resto se trouve en sous sol. On mange sous des voutes en pierre.
Le menu est copieux, pâtes, raviolis, pizza, salades, antipasti.
perso je conseille les raviolis aux truffes, délicieux!!!
Côté desserts ils né sont pas très forts, où alors ils né sont pas à notre goût (Pendant tout notre séjour en Pologne je n’ai apprécié aucun dessert, trop sucrés)
Il y a une partie du restaurant où l’on peut fumer, j’avoue qu’au début c’est surprenant, on a un peu perdu l’habitude
Les prix sont abordables, il faut dire que le taux de change y est pour beaucoup.
