Hospudka u NAS

Hospudka is a Czech neighborhood pub that woke up one morning and found itself inexplicably in Kazimierz. Whereas most places in the neighborhood have some kind of theme – be it artsy, hip, or nostalgic – Hospudka has none. All it does is serve beer and food.
Initially, I found myself underwhelmed by the interior of Hospudka. It’s just a bunch of tables in a room. After a couple beers though, I came to like the place quite a bit. The lack of pretension make it easy to relax here. The service is also very good. The waitress would notice my beer is running low and ask me for another. The real attraction at Hospudka is Czech beer, of course. As much as I like Polish beer, it’s nice to get away from the Polish commercial brews once in a while.

A very difficult exercise to choose a rating; if you categorise this place as a beer bar for groups then I would give it 5 stars. Very good beers, plenty of space and good service.
If you look at it from other perspectives the rating would be less favourable: food very basic and more a beer accompaniment; the décor is very spartan and lacks atmosphere and if someone in your group doesn’t want beer then the choices are poor.
As a compromise 3 stars but if you are a group looking for some beers you will be happy to come here

A really great Czech restaurant! You’ll get a real Czech beer such us Polička (very tasty), Krakonoš or Svijany, and a traditional Czech food such as fried cheese (smažený sýr) or pork-​cabbage-​dumplings (vepřo knedlo zelo). They do specials such us roasted goose on some days, too. You can also buy some Czech sweets, drinks and other baverages or the famous Krteček toy :).
The interior is very comfortable and the stuff is super nice. Prices are low.

Výborná česká hospoda. Prostředí je příjemné, takové domácké, ale zároveň zcela na úrovni. Hraje tady české rádio, nápisy jsou česky a do televize pouštějí tradiční české filmy a seriály. Jednou jsem tady potkal hrozně milou českou obsluhu — majitele, jindy taky výbornou polskou. Natočijou vám tu třeba skvělou Poličku, Krakonoše, Svijany nebo Černou Horu a k tomu si můžete dát smažák nebo vepřo knedlo zelo. Možná i guláš s pětima. Když se vám zasteskne, dostanete tu i Milenu, české lentilky nebo prezidentskou (bechera). K tomu mají samozřejmě standardní výběr polského podlévání.
Pivo mají podle stupňovitosti za 7 – 9 zlaťáků, takže vše v pořádku. Samozřejmě nikde není výborné pivo tak levné jako v Česku, ráji alkoholiků :). Tady dostanete za běžnou polskou cenu pivo české kvality. Wifi tu chytíte, karty berou.
