Bar Gdański

We had a lunch with friends on Saturday :) and I could not be happier :)
I had tomato soup and mielony with beetroots! Oh it was good :) friend next to me had liver — and it was even better than mine mielony :) than schabowy (pork chops) were nice and fresh :)
Great thing about that place is a fact that you can sort of compose your own meal. Choose veggies, meat and sides as potatoes or rice :)
The interior is very unique and for some people (specially those from abroad may be not nice at the first sight, but don’t be scared go in and try the food) you may find that there is a lack of salt but hey isn’t it better that way?
I wish I could live on the other side of the street link my friends so I could eat there more often :)

Unfortunately Gdanski is only open until 2 pm on Saturday and I was late to meet my friends there. Luckily one of them is so nice that ordered sweet pierogi with cheese for me.
Even after 40 minutes and no heating them up they were good. Even though some of the spices are forbidden by law to be used in those kind of places my pierogi were sweet (but not to sweet) and the dough was thin and smooth.
Can’t wait to get there next time to see how the interior looks like and try some more from the menu (as ny friends were happy with what they ate that day).
