Not great. 14 euro chicken enchiladas — the sauce was weird and oddly sweet, the edges of the tortillas were burned, and the chouriço seemed excessive and out of place. My wife had the shrimp tacos which were actually 75% guacamole with three little shrimp on top covered with a sickeningly sweet dark sauce. The guacamole also had pomegranate seeds in it. The margarita was good but very small and seemed to have very little alcohol. It reminded me of Singaporean Mexican restaurants. Our waitress was Mexican though, so you would think she might tell them to fix their sauces.

Food was nice but very expensive and unlike our favourite mexican restaurants, was not filling at all. Quesadilla lacked filling and was poor version of cheese toastie.

Just arrived in lisbon and recommended this place by our Apartment conceige. It had a good menu and the food was well presented and tasty. Prices were good too. Its a British thing I know but didn’t like it when someone started smoking in the restraunt. However would still re-visit and would recommend.

No final pagamos quase 50 € e fiquei assim-assim.

A comida é saborosa e bem confeccionada.

My friend and I had just hopped off the train and stumbled upon this place and it looked good so we went for it! And it was great! We’re from California and had been Mexican. A bit ironic to have Mexican in Portugal but they put a nice spin on it. Mostly good because everything was very fresh. Servers were friendly. I even got free tap water!

We just spent over 20 hours traveling, and after getting settled in our apartment, we ventured out to find somewhere to eat. We were staying in the Baixa-Chiado area and after getting a little lost, we found ourselves here. Of all places to eat, a Mexican restaurant… LOL! I live in San Diego, which has some of the best Mexican food on the planet considering it’s close proximity to Mexico. We thought, why not, plus we were hungry. We ordered the house margaritas which were very good and served straight up in martini glasses, different, but in a good way. We also had the guacamole which was more pureed with a fair amount of lime juice… pretty good! I wondered if they made their own chips, if they don’t, they should and offer a little more since we ran out. However, I used the extra on my enchiladas. I ordered the chicken enchiladas and the partner ordered the chicken flautas. When they came out, we wondered where the rice and beans were, which are a staple with most Mexican dishes. The presentation was great! And both were very good, although my enchiladas could’ve been a little hotter. We then ordered the chocolate brownie dusted with chili powder and the passion fruit mouse made with tequilla, and cappuccinos. Both desserts satisfied the sweet tooth. I loved the spicy with the sweet dark chocolate! Overall, it was a very enjoyable dining experience. The staff was great! Even though we did not speak Portuguese, our cool waiter was friendly and spoke English well! It is a bit pricey from what I’m used to, but I would come back, especially for the other margaritas.
