Although this place could be good, the menu was VERY limited. They had only 3 appetizers, limited drink specials, and only burgers on their menu and they didn’t offer any compensation in return. To top it off, parking was $ 11!!! I will not be back and I don’t recommend it.

The Good: Decent craft beer selection, nice facilities. The Bad: Crappy uninspired food, utterly bad service, weird yuppie obnoxious crowd. Same old rock and pop tunes that constantly play in PR bars.

Advertises a happy hour, charges $ 20 cover fee… Comical security guard at front door unable to speak English or Spanish.

Les falta mucho por mejorar pero es bueno el local. Me encantan sus nachos y sus picaderas. Buen sitio para visitar con un grupo grande. Aveces está tan lleno que los meseros se vuelven un 8 y dan pesimo servicio, pero se entiende. Ponen buena música en vivo. Los precios estan un poco alto.

I honestly only went on tuesday because my best friend told me they had good selection of draft beers in ½ price. So i got Centennial IPA and other beers for $ 3.50 each. Other than on a Tuesday, i don’t think i would go because it’s a bit pricey, the food isn’t great and the service needs improvement.

AMAZING! Food is good, butit’s bar food, but its okay because that is not their main focus. They specialize in live bands and entertainment! They make a hell of a party and outstanding concerts!

Awesome looking place, ordered the large wings and while the menu said the wings were «jumbo», they looked more like they were anemic. I asked for the manager and she apologized and offered to give us some additional wings to make up for it. The wings were good, just small. I appreciated the fact that she made the effort to fix the issue and that’s why I recommend this place. The beer list is awesome, the service was good and the management cares. That’s a winning combination. This place is worth checking out..

This place could be awesome. The food quality and service needs to raise to the standards the establishment projects. You walk in to see a huge bar, stage and dining area. There is also huge windows showing the kitchen and kitchen staff working. Not that I stared in the window like I was watching fish in an aquarium, but I did take a moment to look in. Everything looked pretty clean. We sat at a high top table in the bar and were immediately greeted by our server. He returned shortly and took our drink order. It took a while to get our drinks but the food came out pretty fast. The food was good and the beer selection is great, especially for Puerto Rico. The server could have easily increased my bill (and his tip) by coming by a few times and offering to get me another beer. Overall, a pretty cool place with a great selection of beer and live music. With some fine tuning, this place could be excellent.

Not good at all. I’m a local of the area service is orible and food is of third class or same as a dinner and over priced. They survive in the area because people in San Juan don’t now any better. But in an other way concert are good very good and good security.

Largest variety of draft beer!!! Very friendly staff and large place to hang. Still need to try more of the menu !!!

Good beer selection. Mostly traditional bar food. I’ve tried most things on the menu so chicken wings and any of the burgers should be your pick. They are now offering brunch too.

This is our favorite place to relax after a stressful week. We usually go twice a month. Great variety of beer, nice music and good pizzas. The cordon blue pizza and the downtown pizza are our favorites. Also, the soft tacos and the Mexican burger are really nice
During fridays it’s usually very crowded so if you want a table to celebrate something (birthdays) you must arrive at least before 6pm. Most of the waiters are friendly. The food is affordable but some drinks are a little overpriced.

The service was horrible!!! The host has the worst attitude in the place. The waitress wasn’t half bad. Good beer and music. They NEED to improve in they service!!!

This is a place to go for the beer. The food isn’t great and the service in horrible.

You go here for the beer… that’s what I tell people when I describe Downtown. Though I must admit that I have tried most of their food. Downtown boasts a large variety of crafts and imported beers, however, sadly, they are usually out of whatever beer I feel like drinking when I go.
I have never had any problem with customer service or wait times. The on the plus size they have lots of parking, which is hard to find in PR. The place is large and still new and they have good outdoor seating, as long as the river doesn’t stink…
In the end this is a good place if you want to get together with friends after work. But other than that, if you want something more intimate there are plenty of other places to frequent.

Downtown has the WORST customer service in PR. The food is below average and their waiters/​greeters need to improve their bad attitudes.

Great selection of beers and spirits, staff is amazing for dealing with the chaos that falls upon here! the food is very good ! Plus you have a great time with the big space and live music they host!

This spot is practically new. It is located in a new area that is called the Trocadero Diverplex, right across the street from the Choliseo [Coliseo de Puerto Rico]. I read in their Facebook page that they opened last December 20^th. So yeah, it was our first time.
This is a very large establishment… It can get very crowded but you won’t even notice. It’s got tables, booths, high chairs, bars… They’re also working on an outdoors space with a bar. It’s quite impressive. They have a space for dancing and a spot for bands to play. Last night they had LIVE tropical music. The only problem I found was that the acoustics were terrible so it could get extremely loud and it would make it difficult for you to talk with other people.
The menu is great. It’s not gourmet food but they have many alternatives to choose from with great prices. They also have a wide variety of beers (for draft beer lovers) to choose from. At the entrance, you can also find beers to purchase and take home.
I’m not a beer person, so I can’t say much about them. But the people I was with did not complain. We did order a lot of food/​appetizers. The fried calamari was delicious and so were the chicken wings. Another person ordered a full rack of ribs and it was huge (and cheap).
