Solid place. No web page when I was looking, must call! we had to walk to the storefront, it was closed(at 11 am when it was supposed to open at 10am), then had to call the phone number and let it ring several times to get someone to pick up. We scheduled a couples massage for later that afternoon. Came back about 10 minutes before, as instructed. You wait in an area that looks more like a hair salon waiting room, they have you change in the bathroom, and put on half robes and flip flops to walk to your massage room. The tables look like they are all the portable kind, not permanently set up in the room. They only use a sheet to cover the plastic pad, and have a bath towel to cover you with during the massage. This didn’t bother me, but the towels aren’t as big as a sheet, and can feel a bit rough if your skin is sensitive. The massage started out a little … Weak or unskilled. The second half was much better, the masseuse did really good work on my back, which felt great and really got me to relax. The staff was very nice, cheerful and helpful. Bottom line– don’t expect the same experience you typically get in the US, but it’s still a nice place with good, solid services. I wouldn’t have an issue recommending this place to my friends and family. Just as long as they know what to expect.

Our hotel made us a reservation here. We showed up on time and were put in a large open room to wait. 15 minutes after our massage was to have started we were finally given robes(with other people’s hairs on them!). 30 minutes after our massage was to have started we finally got sick of waiting and left. This place was dirty and disorganized. Not recommended.

I sent my wife here for a birthday outing this year. I chose this as an alternative to the usually recommended spa in Condado after seeing their Unilocal reviews. I was somewhat underwhelmed by the greeting and attitude of the desk staff when I went in to schedule and pre-pay but as it turned out my wife found that they did a great job. She had a massage, facial, and manicure/pedicure and was happy with all. Great location, easy parking and they did good work.

I had TOTALLY deleted this place from my memory. I went to Eden Spa once, back in 2004, before moving to the contiguous U.S. It is a LOVELY small spa, from what I remember, and right in Old San Juan, close to the cruise ships pier area. The ambiance was very relaxing and the facial I got was great. I can’t remember what products they used specifically, but I remember my skin was radiant and they did a lot of aromatherapy as part of the facial. The only reason why it’s not a 5 star for me, is because when I get a facial or massage I prefer a room with very little light. Now, granted, their cabins have natural light, which is quite pleasant if you’re gonna have light. I guess I just prefer dark with a few ceiling spotlights. But I’d definitely recommend this place. Check out this video I found on Youtube: Can’t remember the parking details, but if you have a car, you can always park at the Doña Fela multilevel parking lot, which is very close to the spa, and you car will be safer anyways. :-) There are many restaurants and nice areas nearby, so you can have your day spa, massage or whatever, and also enjoy Old San Juan, since you’re already there. I may just return soon. If and when I do, I’ll do a review with more updated details.
