This is the worst Chinese food in this area. It’s stunkThe duck sauce was non existent Prices much to high and not worth it. Don’t bother!!!

The mongolian beef never disappoints. Perfect to share with someone and with fried rice or lo-mein. Also, good service from our waiter. The new sushi on the menu also tastes pretty good.

Nice place. Very lavish. Great service. Food? Not something worth writing home for. Could have been better. The Great Wall of Chocolate dessert was great. It was very busy night, and near closing time, but even so one expects a bit more food wise. Might return, but for the price… not a frequent hangout.

The time I came here, it was with a big group of about 15 – 20 people. The waiters were very nice and timely with the foods and drinks. My mates kept ordering Sangria’s and were telling me how delicious they were. The food was awesome in my opinion, I got the mixed fried rice and had some of the spare ribs with the dumplings. They were all quite tasty.

I love the food. Just hate the service! Hate having to basically leave my table to get the ticket!

I dined here last year. The service, portion size and quality was outstanding. Based on this we went today. The utter incompetence of service, the minuscule portion size and the mediocre quality of food that resembled greasy Chinese take-out left me disgusted. It’s one thing to raise prices if the quality and portion was maintained – that would be fair. However, to diminish quality and portion is poor business and unacceptable. I am never returning again. They forgot the tofu in my girlfriend’s Buddha’s Feast, which they fried without asking. She asked for the dish to be steamed and the entire dish was loaded with grease. We waited 20 minutes for the waiter to finally come to our table to request the tofu. We also asked for the trio of sauces and instead of giving it to us himself, we waited ten minutes and asked another waitress who promptly served us the trio. A total of two waiters assisted this imbecile Don’t waste your money here!

Our food! Perfect! The service was terrible. Our waiter wasn’t professional. We waited 35 minutes for our order to be placed. Our entries didn’t came so we cancelled them. They have free refill which they didn’t care about seeing our glasses empty. My first time visiting this restaurant and I don’t think I’ll visit it again.

My experience here was not great. Our waiter was not interested in our table as he had a big group and assumed that that was where his money would come from for the evening. It took us 30+ minutes just to pay the check because we were completely ignored and no one else would allow us to pay through them. I cannot remember how the food tasted so it did not make that big of an impression. I think this place relies on the name brand over service or quality so I would never go back to any of this chain again.

Comida muy buena. En grandes cantidades, mejor para compartir. El ambiente espectacular y muy acogedor. Comida china muy buena. Los precios son algo elevados pero merece la pena.

Best chinese foid ive had in PR. Its not the authentic chinese food you get in NY or any other major city but its good. The restaurant is clean and the service is fast but that could be because I went at lunch. Food was delicious, got the sesame chicken, pepper steak, calamari, and dynamite shrimp. Everything was delicious. The chicken was not dry and the calamari and shrimp, not too fried.

Food: — Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wrap: ground chicken, mushrooms, water chestnuts, and green onions with a side of lettuce. This is an appetizer but it’s rather filling. The chicken is tasty with a lot of flavor. 4⁄5 — Crab Wontons: wontons stuffed with cream cheese, crab meat, bell peppers, and green onions. Not the best crab wontons, but they weren’t bad. I wish the stuffing was a little creamier. 3⁄5 Service: We were served in a timely matter. The waiters and servers were friendly. 4⁄5 Final thoughts: I would definitely come back for more Chicken Lettuce Wrap.

I’m usually not a big fan of chains but this chain won me over with its service. I’m a celiac and have limited options for outings in Puerto Rico. PF Changs has a gluten-free menu and I have never gotten sick(it usually happens in restaurants due to gluten contamination). The servers are quick, kind, understanding of allergies, and fun. They’re also very considerate. I ordered carry out and when I arrived home I realized that a hot and sour soup and a side of rice was missing. I called the restaurant and they told me I could pick the items up whenever I liked with a complimentary gluten-free chicken lettuce wrap order as a sorry-for-the-inconvenience.

I have to confess, I’m not a big fan of chain restaurants(blame it on my foodie husband). However, I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Clean modern deco feel. A little too loud though… Music volume should definitely be turned down. Food was good, large portions… perfect for sharing. One main dish serves two. One fried rice dish serves about four. We had the lettuce wraps, steamed pork dumplings, churrasco, almond chicken, fried rice, sesame chicken, candied walnut shrimp, chicken broccoli… You know, your usual Chinese American cuisine. Don’t expect to be blown away, but you’ll be happily satisfied. Service was great, a nice surprise given how busy the restaurant was. Our waiter was very attentive, and actually took the time to give suggestions, and explain dishes for us. It’s great for groups, affordable, nice vibe… Go and enjoy!

Excellent lunch today! Friday afternoon, no many people, so service was fast. Wife and I had Dumplings, Ginger Chicken w/Broccoli and for dessert, Great Wall of Chocolate. Great attention from our waitress(thanks, Chameli!), hope to come back very soon.

As a vegetarian imsometimes find it difficult to get many eating options). I always go back for the vegetarian lettuce wraps(even my non vegetarian boyrfriend likes this!!!) And for the coconut tofu dish ! My boyfriend had the Mongolian beef and the pepper steak(his favorites). What I must say was a bit weak was the Asian pear mojito(we were NOT impressed, it was not worth it $ 10 and switched to medalla light for 3). We had a lovely time. hope you enjoy it as well.

It’s a chain and not exactly authentic Asian cuisine but nonetheless it’s consistent and the food is tasty. I always get the ribs appetizer, sometime enough of them to make it a meal. However, the noodles are really good too.

We went into Chang’s with great expectations on what turned out to be a very busy Sunday evening. A promised 15 to 20 minute wait turned out to be half of that when our hi-tech digital beeper summoned us for a table. The dramatic, two-level salon is spacious, very modern oriental, and populated by an army of very attentive servers and hosts. A separate, well-stocked bar with large TV set will keep you entertained while you wait or you can preview the menu on your phone or pad using the free and open Wi-Fi. The menu is very extensive and includes many Chinese dishes not often found in local restaurants including several Szechuan and other dishes flagged as «Hot». We selected the Wok-charred Beef(hot) and the Mu Shu Chicken, one with white rice and the other with integral rice and both were equally disappointing. Do not expect a true Chinese experience as the flavors has been toned down for non-oriental palates. «Hot» was nowhere to be found, and I cannot help but call the flavors«bland» in spite of the generous portions and nice presentation. Fortunately, a standard side serving of six seasoning ingredients is well balanced and will help add flavor into the main dishes. We expressed our disappointment to the server, including the fact that, out of the two main dishes and two rice, only the white rice had been served satisfyingly hot. Bland with lukewarm was not what was expected in this otherwise excellent environment and a long conversation with the very attentive manager satisfied us that our concerns would be addressed. It would not take much for Chang’s to deserve the fifth star and I am hoping that a future visit will give me enough reason to confer that.
