Sinclairs Steakhouse

Sometimes I just long for a juicy steak! It is not easy to find a place that makes the perfect steak! The Pepper steak at Euphemia Hayes in Longboat Key, Florida still is number one by far — but I must say — I finally found a great steak house in Gothenburg! I cannot believe I never knew about them ’til recently!
Sinclair’s is located on a off street, you don’t walk here on your usual route. But you just got lucky to find my review!
It is not often I have a hard time choosing from the menu — but at Sinclair’s I could hardly decide. I know for sure when I put my teeth in the dish I ordered that I just HAVE TO return for next dish!
I had kangaroo and my company had the ribs — but were delicious! Delicious! The kangaroo was medium-​rare and grilled to perfection on open fire.
I was afraid it would be dry without any sauce but the garlic butter and juice corn was enough.
The ribs in barbecue glaze were so tender they just fell off.
I can’t decide on wether I think the staff was inattentive or just cool and giving the guests space. But I always appreciate staff that knows when you want refill. These didn’t — we had to ask.
I cannot wait to go back! If you want meat, I definitely recommend this place! Most 200 grams meat was SEK220.
They do not accept AMEX — but I found it funny staff didn’t know beforehand.
