Had lunch at this lovely corner café late last Sunday. The location is super good and has outdoor seating, however the food was not that tasty and kind of over-priced(99SEK for a lasagna that seemed to be just bought at the local supermarket and heated in the microwave). Coffee was ok, nothing special.

So happy I noticed they were advertising breakfast yesterday afternoon when I arrived in the area. What a lovely spot, helpful and friendly staff and delicious food and coffee. The breakfast buffet is under $ 10 and has eggs, fabulous fresh scones, juice, coffee, yogurt, fruits and veggies and some outstanding homemade bread. So so pleased. Great little spot– I highly recommend!

This is a good little place to stop and grab a coffee after checking out the shops on Haga Nygata. It sits below street level, but the large windows let in a fantastic amount of light and are great for people watching. These tables were at a premium and the people who had them didn’t seem to be in a rush to leave. The menu is what you would typically find in a café, however, we only had coffee so I can’t comment on the food. I would go back primarily for the atmosphere and the location. Given their lack of attention to detail(used cups left on the tables, no soap or paper towels in the WC — minus one star) I don’t know if I would be willing to try their food. The Good: –great atmosphere –free wifi –tasty chai latte The Bad: –they didn’t seem too concerned about clearing the tables of used cups –no soap or paper towels in the bathroom.

I’ve been here for breakfast, and now I tried them for lunch as well. I am not convinced. An older lady in line before me, had to wait 15 min for her grilled sandwich. She didn’t even get an apology. He should have offered her free coffee or something. For the good will if nothing else! I like it when businesses treat their customers with a little extra effort.
