Verdict: Newly opened Café I might give another shot in a couple of months. Hopefully in some months they have got ridden of novelty/​inexperience errors.
Pros:
— Lovely location.
— Comfy and stylish sitting area in terms of chairs and tables.
— Good espresso based hot beverages.
Cons:
— Prime real state locations in hearth of Lund are as expensive as in the Capitol we know: but to fill the space with furniture so much so it becomes an obstacle course and a maze that’s just cruel!!!
— Inattentive and poorly service minded staff: while staffed with least 2 waiters and not especially busy during a 55 minutes stay no tables were cleaned. Maybe they fear the maze as much as we did!
No apologies nor promises for correction were made for for the fact they don’t carry or offer any artificial sweetener.
The smoothie maker could be placed in the back and not on the front panel less than a meter away from costumers silencing all conversations.
P. S. It is okay perhaps that the staff takes their break among the guests, but when given road/​hand in the maze/​the obstacle course back to the kitchen it is not much to ask giving the the guest who stood up a «thank you» or a smile!
