Ein sehr schöner, gemütlicher Platz inmitten Malmös. Die kleinen Häuschen drumrum geben eine gewisse Geborgenheit und den Eindruck, man sei in eine andere, frühere Zeit zurück versetzt. Es gibt gemütliche Lokale, in denen man sitzend das Treiben auf dem Platz verfolgen kann. Leider ist das Ganze aber auch sehr touristisch überlaufen; manche Touristenschwärme überfallen den Platz — dann ist’s weder gemütlich noch heimelig, sondern einfach nur nervig.

Lilla Torg, or little square is a centrally located square in Malmo Sweden containing a number of restaurants and cafes. It is just off of the larger square in Malmo, which is also great for a stop. The architecture of the square is old fashioned and beautiful and great for pictures. Head east for the main park in Malmo, just a few blocks away. This is a popular square for tourists and can be quite crowded.

Lilla Torg is just a joy. Quaint, traditional and yet vibrant and fun. The café bars around the edge of the square are just perfect for a late afternoon coffee or an early evening drink in the sun. Gorgeous.

This location is flowing with restaurants with large outdoor seatings. It has pulse. All day long.
You will probably find something that suits you, but beware — can be impossible to find an empty table for you and your party on a sunny day (afternoon/​night)
The plaza is surrounded with old beautiful houses. Nice architecture.

Lübeck, Germany
We were in Malmö for a few days last summer. Lilla Torg was the main point of every night. There are many awesome restaurants and bars. Unfortunately, the beer is quite expensive. But it has a lot of variety. The atmosphere was unique, sometimes, there was live music. Absolutely fantastic.
