Migros Claramarkt

This is a 3 ‘M’ migros which means they have the full Migros shopping experience. Department Store, Grocery store, and food court.

The quality of the clothes, household goods is average but at least the prices reflect this. They have just about everything you need — especially if you are just setting up home here in Basel and they have really good sales that aren’t just end of season. The dishes, cutlery, pots and pans all routinely go for 50% off; several times a year. Worth keeping an eye out and stocking up at sale time.
I normally go for the groceries. They actually have a really good organic (bio) section with decent prices. I’ve tried a few cakes from the food court and have always been disappointed. They look better than they taste. In fact, most are just food colouring and whipped cream. Head to Manor or one of the bakeries and get more taste for your calories!
So overall, the 4 stars is really an average — 3 stars for quality of goods and prepared foods; 5 stars for overall selection and produce.

Und da gibt es dann auch die Artikel die man nicht in Freiburg bekommt, wenn nur der Franken nicht so teuer wäre. Trotzden ist es schön dort einzukaufen.

Migros ist immer empfehlenswert.
