I was just not impressed but I have the distinct feeling I ordered the wrong thing based on the other review for this restaurant. I ordered a burger without mayo and got a bun full of chipotle mayo. Eating it without the whole thing slipping apart would require some skill. They remade it as requested but with tomatoes so unripened they were nearly white. The same fries had clearly been put back in the fryer so they were oily all the way through and the coleslaw was very limp. With a small bottle of mineral water my total was 34 for a meal which should have been no more than 14.

Having spent two separate 2 –week stints at this hotel, I had an opportunity to have several meals in this restaurant. Never had a bad meal. Seriously, not one time. I tried several things on their well-​designed menu: prawns, lamb, steak, and fish. All exceptional quality, well-​executed, and served by a very friendly staff. Their setup is interesting: you pick a protein, a sauce (BBQ, green peppercorn, etc.) and a starch (rice, potatoes, etc.) My overall favorite was the grilled prawns with chimichurri sauce, but you really can’t go wrong with the other selections. Truly outstanding!
