Brezelkonig

Hier wird wieder alles richtig gemacht! Beste Qualität auf und in den Brezeln! Ob Käse oder Schinken: mit großen abstand hat der brezelkönig Schweiz die besten belegten Brezeln in Europa! Leider schafft es die ditsch Bäckerei in Konstanz/​Deutschland nicht diese top Qualität nach Deutschland zu bringen! Ich frage mich wo hier die Schwierigkeit liegt! Der Unterschied von der brezelkönig Brezel zur ditsch Brezel ist wie Tag und Nacht!

I love pretzels!!! The raclette pretzel, cheese and salt is delicious. It was chewy and soft. They have a ton of variety. Cash (francs or euros) only. The only thing that could make these better is if they were actually served hot. A good to-​go option while traveling through the Bern train station.

Brezel König, during my recent stay in Bern, I got addicted to your pretzels. Being from NY, I LOVE a good salty street pretzel but these — oh, baby!
I recommend the Raclette, which combines two of my favorite things — cheese and carbs. The bread products in Switzerland are off the hook. They have many options but my favorites were the cheese one, the pumpkin seed one (I can’t remember or pronounce «pumpkin seed» in German) and the sesam one. No, that’s not a typo, in Switzerland there’s no «e» at the end of «sesame».
They also have ones with salami and sandwiches as well, which we didn’t try. The pretzels will cost you between 3.50−4.50 Swiss Francs (around $ 4.50 USD).
Grab your brezel, say, «Merci veil mal!» and enjoy the delicious goodness.

Schon wenn man an der Velostation den Zugang zu den Glweisen betritt, winkt ein wohltuender Hau frisch gebackenem die Passage entlang. Ich fühle mich schon wie eine Cartoon-​Figur, die auf dem Duft hin zu seiner Quelle getragen wird.
Meist rettet ich nur das nicht vorhandene Bargeld an einem Lustkauf, denn auch hier hat man noch nicht entdeckt, dass sie an mir reich würden, wenn sie nur die Bankkarte akzeptieren würden … lucky me ;)
Achso. die Brezeln. wenn ihr es noch nicht aus meinen obigen, blumigen Ausschmückungen erraten habt. ich find es gibt keine besseren in Zürich und Bern.
Edith: ich habe bei Gutknecht noch schmackhafter Brezeln gefunden. Ergo sind die vom Brezelkönig auf Platz 2 gerutscht.

I am a huge fan of Brezelkonig. They have many food stands throughout Switzerland, but, my favorite location is in the Bern train station. I always hope there is a a few minutes between switching trains to quickly grab a pretzel on my way. Why this specific location? Because, the Bern train station is a major hub, and it is common to switch trains here if you are traveling throughout Switzerland. This means there are alot of people walking through, and there is always a line here, which means you are almost guaranteed to get a fresh pretzel. I have never had a stale one yet here. They also have pretzel bread sandwiches etc. My favorite is the pumpkin seed pretzel, or the sandwich with salami meat. My mouth is watering just thinking of them. Also, you are highly likely during the meal hours to get a warm pretzel just out of the oven! That is the ultimate best! I have had stale Brezelkonig’s at less popular stands, and they are OK, but nothing compares to what you get from the Bern train station location!
