A rather harsh waitress showed me a place and without exclamations left me alone. When she returned she asked aloud my selection. Only then she realized that she did not explain me that the menu is printed on the underlying paper. However she was quick and Pizza was delicious despite the limited size. Due to the very reasonable prices(for Geneva) you can eat twice if hungry.

One of the nices places in Geneva to have dinner. It’s next to the train station. We had a «salade campagnarde», a «pizza traditionelle»(with extra coppa for me) and a «coupe karting»(vanilla ice cream, chocolate topping and wipped cream) for dessert. It won’t be the largest pizza you will eat, but it tastes really good. And for an acceptable price considering that you’re in Geneva.

That’s really ridiculous! They have the smallest pizza in the world! I seriously wouldn’t call it a pizza or even a pizza slice! I rather call it a snack and it tasted bad! In addition instead of bringing me authentic coke zero they brought me a fake flavourless one«Sinalco coke zero» and this without asking my approval! Service was friendly but anyway we were disappointed!

This is a sweet place in Geneva and it was the first pizzeria in town. The pizzas aren’t very Italian as they are super small and thick, but very tasty and it fills you up! The place is lovely and tables are incredibly small, some people could be annoyed by that but for me it increases it charm and you are almost by the table of the neighbor, I guess it’s part of the experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s not an intimate place but it can definitely be romantic and it’s lovely during winter time with a cozy feeling.

I was visiting Geneva on business and looking for a place to have an early dinner. Turns out most restaurants open at 7PM for dinner. I was happy to see Age d’Or was open after trying a couple of other places that were closed. I’m happy I did. when I walked in I was quickly greeted and showed to a table. The menu is simple and written down on the place settings. Basically they have deep dish pizzas, a few salads/appetizers and desserts. In addition they have a decent selection of wines. While the menu is simple, it allows them to make them well. The pizzas are freshly made deep dish«Chicago» style pizza. This means the pizza is thick, but but not doughy as it’s filled with the cheese. I had it topped with the capers anchovies which was not too overpowering. The pizza tasted excellent and the service was very attentive. The waiter knew English and took his time explaining the menu which was french. To top it all, compared to other places — this restaurant was VERY affordable — which is unusual for Geneva. I would definitely come back whenever I’m in town.

I went here for ease — and should have known better! The pizzas are about 12 cm(5 inches) in diameter! Whilst the base is very tasty, it’s just not what one expects from a pizzeria. The desert menu was also pretty much limited to ice-cream — bit of a let down. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the interior was pleasantly air-conditioned on this hot July evening, but I left feeling distinctly insatisified.
