Pour le côté Romantique j’ai eu une table côté fenêtre qui, la nuit tombée, apporte son lot de charme. Pour le côté qualitatif, on sent qu’il y a un effort et une envie de proposer de bons plats. Mais pour le côté gustatif, ce soir il me manquait le talent. Les bruschetta étaient très bonnes. On avait le croquant en bouche, on sentait les tomates, l’huile d’olive et le basilic. Un vrai régal. La salade était bonne de part ses ingrédients premium. Mais le risotto bien trop cuit et la Calzone assez fade.
Il y a une multitude de plats et certainement il y en a de très bons.
Pour ma part ce soir fut mitigé.

Pizza was fantastic as was the Gnocchi and walnut sauce. Great atmosphere with seating inside and out, great location and wonderful service considering there were only two waitstaff on duty. We will go back if we are in the area. A really good find for us… we were getting kinda desperate as all the places along the river were packed with everything going on outside (which is understandable given a beautiful summer day).

Romantica specialises in enormous salads and pizzas. Trust me, if you order one of their many salad specialities it will fill you up. It’s hard to finish. There is always a plat du jour like Perch from the lake, mussells, or steak. Prices are lowish starting at around 17 francs and going up to 25 for a main course. The waiters are very friendly. It’s located on the left-​behind of the confederation centre, opposite the public library.
