I’ve had many drinks here on the terrace during the warm summer days and evenings, but ate here for the first time last night. Pluses: –fresh, tasty, well-prepared though not mind-blowing, prob due to the incongruous menu: tajines(Moroccan), assiettes italiennes(uh, Italian haha), moules frites(French), créme double + meringues(Swiss), etc. –some nice things that you don’t usually see on a café menu, like rabbit, some fresh pasta with a saffron cream sauce… nice! –very friendly staff(server fella let my boyfriend try several red wines, and even offered him a glass in the end) Minuses: –deafeningly loud… they could put some of those sound-absorbing cushion things around to help with the problem –the lights give you corpse complexion LOL (not big deals, but a bit unpleasant so worth mentioning… not a reason to avoid the place) I ordered the chicken tajine with citron confit… it was well-prepared and tasty, though I could not detected the preserved lemon, which is the highlight. *sad clown* My boyfriend had the assiette italienne, with jambon de Parma and mozzerella di bufala, and it was fresh and had good quality ingredients. Dessert was créme double with meringues and a tiramisu, both classic and good. All in all, it seems to be a reliable place and I would return!
