One of the best cake shops in Lausanne. They have different breads, sandwiches and an interesting range of pastries. Every time the quality of their products was very good. Our favourites are the small strawberry tarts, the nut cakes and the brewed pears tart (raisinée in French). The slices of bread with a topping, for instance salmon or cheese (tête de moine in French), are yum too. There is another shop from Laurent Buet in the area which has a tearoom as well. Service is always very friendly and the prices are averaged.
