Super essen, nette bedienung und sehr kinderfreundlich.
Auch für grosse gruppen geeignet. Wir gehen gerne hin. Im sommer gibt es eine grosszügige Terasse.

Nice service everyone speaks English, food is good for the price you pay. It’s regular Mexican food with some Swiss mixed into it. Went here on a nice evening for dinner the decorations r little old but that has nothing to do with the food…

Had the fajita. I always have the fajita. It’s like a DIY meat sandwich. Anyway, was very tasty.
The staff were also very helpful and truly nice to us foreigners — especially considering we turned up at 10.30pm (the flight in was late) and they’d closed the restaurant, they had to open it up again for us!

Quick Tex Mex food
The Casa Alegria aka Löwen aka By Khali is a classical TexMex restaurant
It servers Quesadillas, Fajitas etc. but has also a big range of grilled meat with french fries, rice or pasta.
Some of my favourite dishes are the chicken-​chilly-​pasta and the chicken-​curry Mexican style. It might not be high culinary art, pasta can be a bit greasy, but its ok.
The portions are fine, and should you still be hungry ask for more and the chef will most likely bring you more for free (if you asked nicely ;-)
The services is friendly and fast, some are a bit absent minded and might mix up drink orders, but they always correct it if you tell them.
The good thing is that its fast. It usually does not take more than ten minutes from seating till you get the food. Thats why we call it the ten-​minute Mex.
The rooms are decorated with a lot of plants and the walls are painted with Mexican pictures. Looks a bit touristic but you get used to it.
