Located just off the 21st piste in Valles, Les Chottes is a haven on the slopes. We were up here for a break every day during our 5 day ski trip. It gets super busy around mid day, but if you can make it, wait until after 2pm so you can sit and enjoy lunch in a bit more peace. The view from the place is simply spectacular. It looks like they offer plenty of outdoor seating, but we chose to warm up indoors since it was January… The service was better than I expected. They were juggling a large amount of tables, but were prompt taking orders, and delivering drinks and food. The menu offers something for everyone. I stuck to the tried and true hot chocolate(so good), and the tomato cream soup, which is served with brown bread, sausage and a hunk of gruyère. Hit the spot every time. Would love to visit during the warmer months to enjoy sitting outside. If you’re on skis and in the area, highly recommend taking a break here!
