When I was in Zurich I made sure to stop in the shop to look over the Rolex watches. I had heard of this place and was told by friends it was the best place to buy a rolex. My hotel (Hotel St. Gottard) also said this was the place to go for Rolex. I went in and was taken care of by one of the female staff members. She was very helpful and made the process painless considering the price tag. I left the shop with my watch and I really enjoyed the experience. The place is easy to find, clean and they make you feel special.
