I love this place. It’s hands down, the most«homey» Chinese food place in Zurich. It’s also über convenient, located right off the Central team stop in Zurich and right in the heart of beginning of the Old Town. I come here when I need comfort food. Clears up a bad day at work or a fight w the man; better than aspirin. It always taste great, the boss is so cool and stuffs me w plentiful portions, service is fast and hospitable, and prices are extremely reasonable. Since it specializes in Cantonese dishes, I’d recommend(but everything is very good here!): — Braised beef hot pot(curry is nice too) — Braised beef or duck noodle soup(huge portion of noodles, I warn you) — Water boiled fish(this is not Canto but Szechuan but very tasty — not oily which is great as its done w pepper balls but downside is it’s not as flavorful as this same dish at Restaurant Ach’i which is much oilier and hence stronger flavor) — Shrimp har gow(dumplings) is pretty decent(check out my photos) — White steamed chicken w ginger sauce(check out my photos) — Salted fish and chicken pieces fried rice Enjoy — anything you get here you can’t go wrong! Reservations during rush hour recommended as they also facilitate tour groups given their top location directly near the Central tram stop!

we stopped here for a Chinese meal to remind us of NYC and we were so surprised when we had the sweet & sour chicken… It was to die for! Stop here if you want a quick break from swiss style eating!

This is the most horrible Chinese food I’ve ever tasted… Vegetables are rotten when they make soups and the XLB… aren’t cook… and they still served me uncooked XLB… they took it back to re-cook for another 10mins but that things still bad, I didn’t eat it but they still charged me… I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Malaysian mix Asian food. Not bad. Definitely in the comfort food category. Stopped by for an early dinner on a rainy day. I liked the service. Upstairs seating is nicer than downstairs. I had one of the fried rice dishes and my wife had some soup. Both were good. My wife even went back for lunch on a day off from work. Price seemed reasonable for Zurich, but still hard to get used to how much things cost here.

Loved lunch at chopstick. First the 2 of us shared steamed dumplings: Sui mai(pork topped with 1 shrimp, 5 pieces) and Har gaw(rice dough filled with shrimp, 4 pieces) and *chaching* *chaching* ***chaching*** Jiao Zi! Yumm, those were the best and absolutely to recommend. I’ll go back and only order those, you’ll get 3 pieces and they are really good. Well spiced, juicy and fresh(steamed pork ravioli) . We shared our main courses: Shrimps with chili sauce and peanuts(few whole peanuts, so I guess it’s rather a remark for allergic peeps) and the vegetarian dish I think described as Asian or Thai vegetables in tofu sauce.(Whatever the tofu sauce means, because there was none but I also didn’t expect any). The vegetable was kangkong aka water spinach and it was still crispy and was served in a delicious dark brown sauce. We were both happy with our choice. However, the shrimp dish had a sign as being hot. But I would serve that dish to a toddler, really, not spicy at all. So if you want spicy at this place, order extra spicy non western style. We had a pot of tea each, that was too much. I liked the jasmin tea much better than the green tea. Did I mention the great service yet? The well groomed lady politely answered every question I had and believe me, I can ask a LOT of questions :) She got never impatient and was trying to explain everything we wanted to know. Extra plus for the lovely lady. We had lunch at 3pm and were at the end of the meal the only customers. But none bothered us and hurried us in any way. I really appreciated that. And: there’s an upstairs dining room which is so much nicer than the ground floor. So if you pass by and think it doesn’t look nice, check out if you can be seated upstairs.

It’s not really Asian food, but it tastes quiet alright and the service is nice. The seem make a bit fresher food than beyond. And it’s well worth a try if you are hungry and looking for«Asian» food
