This little gathering is somewhere between a farmer’s market and a food truck group. This week’s catch: 1. Wegmans Fruit & Vegetable Paradise, from Frankental. 2. Rotpunkt Drogerie, from 3 meters away(long haul). 3. Flower stand. 4. Fresh fish truck. 5. Roast chicken truck. Wegmans had their usual mix of local produce, further-flung items from Italy or the Netherlands, sausages, and jams. I’d come looking for smaller farms, but didn’t find many things I couldn’t get on a normal shopping run. Is the atmosphere of a market, and hot roast chicken, enough to draw me out Thursday mornings? I’m not really sure.
