Klara’s kitchen

Amazing take away and organic store close to Zurich university. They offer fresh juices (not during winter month though) and smoothies. Great spot for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and desserts (healthy sweets; refined sugar free)
They offer three lunch menus (bring your own container and get a discount), wraps, salads, sandwiches. Açai bowls and different kinds of porridge. They serve great coffee too and you can even choose what milk you want to get (almond, rice, soy.)
There’s a cute organic shop in the back of the store, where you can buy all kind of amazing things: huge variety of flours (many gluten free options), wine and beer, superfoods, soaps, candles. Get prepared it might be busy during lunch time, and there are just a few seats in the back. Klara and her man Eric are very welcoming and generous! Everything is made in house (bread gets delivered by John Baker). Love everything about it.

I had the açai bowl and to be honest, I’ve had about 30 different açai bowls worldwide but this one tasted like it was made with other berries. The typical açai taste was missing. I prefer the açai bowl at Roots. But I give this place three stars for the quick availability and gluten-​free granola on top.

Wir hatten heute einen Wrap und das Tagesmenü (Rotes Gemüsecurry).
Beides war unglaublich gut. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
