Für zentral wohnende Winterthurer und SWICA-​Versicherte empfiehlt sich die Santémed Gesundheitspraxis. Über zwei Stöcke verteilt findet man hier Hausärzte, Frauenärztinnen, eine Dermatologin, einen Urologen sowie Psychotherapeuten, Physiotherapeuten und vieles mehr.
Über die Homepage der SWICA kann man mögliche Termine angeben oder gleich anrufen. Ich habe bis jetzt immer kurzfristig Termine innerhalb von 2 – 3 Tagen bekommen sowie kompetente Beratung. Die Sprechstunden waren jeweils kurz und schnell, aber ich konnte doch alle Fragen stellen, die ich hatte und mir wurde gut erklärt was gemacht wurde.
Die Praxisassistentinnen sind sehr freundlich und routiniert.
Bis jetzt hatte ich jeweils kleinere Wartezeiten von 5 – 30 Minuten, aber das nehme ich für den Service gerne in Kauf, es geht immerhin um die Gesundheit.

This is a partner medical centre of my insurance Swica. I chose this facility since its really close to my house and has many types of doctors. I go to the general female Doctor Tobler. She is nice and when ever I have anything always available and she has also referred me to other specilist if I needed them.
I suffer from Migraines so she also recommended to try Acipuncture with Dr. Naterop-​Perroud. Since this treament is covered by my insrance i decided to give it a try and after 9 session I’m very happy with it. It does help me relax and also helps my stiff neck and my headaches. Putting the needless on is not the best of feelings, but after you have 20 mins if relaxing before they are taken out. I normally have a power nap during the session, so really relaxing i must say. Pitty that i can only have 12 seasion a year, but is better then nothing.
I don’t know if the doctors here speak english, since I speak german, but since there are so many doctors, I do think you can find one that does.
I give this centre 4 points, just because they are sometimes delayed (Dr. Naterop that is) and I just don’t like waiting for an appointment, specially here in Switzerland where everything is so punctual ;)
