Starbucks

It’s a Starbucks. What do you want me to say? The locals don’t think it’s cool to like it at a Starbucks but tons of people swamp the one located at Bellevue and Central. But the only reason I give this location a 3 stars is because of the area… It’s really not anyone’s first choice to have coffee here. You could just walk across the street to Bohemia. Why ask why?
I come to this Starbucks only bc when I am shopping in this area for groceries, I take a break and stop by here for a little refuge from the people. It’s never crowded, I have a lovely sofa to sit on and occasionally I will sit outside and people watch over a drink. Though it’s located in Kreuzplatz (near Bohemia) so it’s a bit boring to people watch and you’d probably have more fun sitting at Bohemia across the street over a cup of coffee that would have a similar price but much smaller yet more robust flavor. And even more there’s more people watching to do from that corner, anyway.

I’m not a Starbucks-​fan… and yet I’m always at one… This one is OK. But no more no less. It’s not the dirtiest in the city and the staff friendly.

Love this sbux and come here all the time and service is great and staff is always fun. Food is sbux but

Starbucks in Switzerland could really learn a thing or 500 from American Starbucks. And no, this is not a «I start USA chants everywhere I go» review… but c’mon peeps. It is not that hard.
Often times my drink is not what I ordered. The staff is incredibly slow taking orders and dealing with the register, the staff making the drinks appear to be lacking skills for multitasking and often times stop all productivity to chat with their friends. I have also ran into the problem that the employees seem to be misinformed or not communicated with at all about promotions and details about their services. :/​
In my opinion Starbs is supposed to be about creating the same drink all around the world in a quick and effective manner that allows for the customer to enjoy more time relaxing in the atmosphere or continueing about their busy day with a coffee togo.
Until I find another quick moving café that does coffees togo… my unhappy self will be the one tapping my foot wishing the line in Starbs would move at a pacer quicker than a snails.
