Tokyo Tapas

Tokyo Tapas prepares both nigiri and rolls daily on premises. Miso soup, spicy and not-​so-​spicy, is also available. TT also carries products for those who wish to make their own sushi and/​or cooked Japanese foods. Among those items for sale are: various types of noodles, sushi rice, wasabi, rice vinegar, and a few ‘sweet treats’ that one is meant to have with tea in the afternoon.
The woman, Mari, who runs the shop has over ten years’ experience working back of the house in Japanese restos in CH. She’s not only great with food prep, but also supremely good at customer service.
There are a few ‘steh café’ tables in the vicinity at which one may eat their newly-​purchased bounty.
