This place is super expensive. A box of cereal costs $ 15, are you serious? An orange costs $ 1.3. In France it was only $ 2 for 10 oranges and cereal for $ 3. How can the grocery in Singapore so expensive? And this is right next to many big schools. Do they expect students to pay this much for goodies?!

Having been in Singapore for a month now and buying produce from several Cold Storage locations, I can say this is my second favorite one. The best one I’ve shopped at so far is the fancy one at the Paragon (Orchard).
This particular Cold Storage is connected to the metro and the walk there is a breeze. Once you ride the escalators down, you enjoy the air-​conditioning. In Singapore (and Asia generally speaking), the AC is your best friend.
I’m bummed though that they don’t sell jackfruit here! But they do discount a bunch of their produce. Which I haven’t seen in other Cold Storage locations.
