Fantastic hotel in the centre of Bilbao, great to visit the city and for a short stay. The guy at the reception was possibly the friendliest person I’ve met in a hotel, and everything in the room was nice and clean. Location is perfect too, in a very nice street and right next to Café Iruña, a must visit. The only bad thing was the food. We didn’t have breakfast included, but my boyfriend ordered a pizza from the room service that was quite bad, like a frozen pizza, for 16EUR. Apart from that, absolutely recommended.

This is the greatest hotel! Nestled in Bilbao’s hub-​bub of activity, we tripped upon it during fiestas in Bilbao. They are awesome– the service is fantastic, a quiet getaway from fiestas, but maybe thirty steps away from a flurry of activity. Even though we weren’t actually staying there, they allowed my to use a conference room for free in a pinch. We tried to pay them and they wouldn’t take any money saying they needed to rpovide for their clients. We told them we weren’t clients, our friends were uests. They repeated, we take care of our guests. Amazing. Our friends who stayed there LOVED it. The restaurant is awesome, the hotel clerks amicable, professional and willing to accommodate anything. The bartenders are the funnest and most personable group of people you will find. What an awesome place.

La decoración es moderna y elegante. Gran ambiente juvenil y alegre.
Disponen de garaje con entrada directa al hotel.
La habitación era muy completa: amplia, cómoda, bien decorada, equipada la verdad es que no tuvimos ninguna queja.
El restaurante era muy selecto, amplia carta con gastronomía variada especialmente de la vasca. Destaco los guisos de pescado.
