Hotel El Greco

I have just come back from a holiday here and for a family hotel this is very good.
Good value if you are on an all-​inclusive holiday, it was clean and the staff were always friendly or helpful.
Our room was simple but very clean (a normal 3* hotel), the included drinks were local brands and the food was OK. Some food was better than others depending on the day and given that it was cooked for European tourists rather than offering any local specialities. Again though, this is typical of all-​inclusive holidays in my experience.
The children sounded like they were having great fun in the pool, on the beach and in the hotel. The hotel is ideally placed for the beach in the quiet resort of Portinatx.
If you are a young couple with no children on a romantic break or want a very quiet holiday or exciting nights out or you have any mobility worries, this isn’t the place for you, but this won’t be a surprise if you research your vacation properly. Or you are reading this.
