Nice interior too, modern but still warm.

Also within the Main Square of San Juan village, «Ibiza’s bohemian north.» Not open during the winter, but appeared foodie worthy.

Imagine you have a rich uncle. Let’s say this guy was so rich that he had houses all over the world, in exotic locales and hardly used any of them. Staying at the Giri Residence is like that kind of vibe. It’s like staying at someone’s awesome house, without inconveniencing them at all. The staff is very good especially personal chef Carlos who plays funk classics like Grace Jones «pull it to the bumper» and Prince «when doves cry» while he cooks. You can eat in «the living room» it’s like a personal restaurant with a small specials board. They will ask you what you want for a meal and plan it out in advance. It’s a small hotel with 5 rooms, (none of which are cheap, in either appointment or price). Very clean. There is a pool and lounge cabanas in the front yard, small spa section off to the side with Jacuzzi and relaxation baths. The town is extremely quaint and quiet. There were several families and couples this is not a party like crazy type of place. more about relax and refresh. There is also an excellent restaurant next door the Giri Café (review to follow). 25 mins by taxi to the madness of Ibiza city. It’s not the easiest ride and if you go here you probably won’t want to leave. But this little town is like going back in time. Don’t miss the «mercadillo de hippie» (street market) on Sundays.
