The restaurant is brand new and it’s definitely worth to open a new Unilocal location. The owners are from Basque region. So the kitchen is a very interesting mixture of Spanish and French, combined with fresh food from Tenerife. That’s fusion kitchen. I had bacalao Fish with a Chorizo crust. Try the crème brûlée. It’s great. And I recommend the local rose wine Viñátigo. In the front part of the restaurant they have a kind of lounge area where you can just sit and have some Tappas if you don’t like a complete dinner. But you should. Otherwise you will miss something.
