Nos gustó mucho la comida y el servicio, repetiremos. El solomillo nazarí está de muerte. La tortilla sacromonte mágnifica, el bacalao sublime, el jamón buenísimo y etc. Hasta el etc estaba bueno.

Excelente ubicación y atención. Pedimos tres tapas para comenzar y fue mas que suficiente para tirar hasta la cena. Recomendadas el «croqueton de la abuela», «remojon granadino» y las alcachofas fritas. El mozo que atendía sobre la plaza un show aparte. Volvemos seguramente.

Restaurante en el que hoy hemos podido escoger variedad de tapas, «degustación» entre 2,50 € y 3 €, además de medias raciones en la terraza informal de este restaurante. Exquisito pescado frito (rape, calamar o boquerones) por un módico precio degustas tapas típicas de calidad, accesible y atención excepcional.

We read the recommendation for this place on Longly. Found it and got to it at 11:10pm, after arriving in Granada by train at 10pm. It was rather close to our hotel. My dad was looking forward for their ox tail having read the review.
Waiter told us the kitchen was closing in 10 mins, asked us politely to eat fast.
We got a house special chicken and ham soup, a salad, a schnitzel sort of dish and the ox tail. Soup was good, but a little too salty for my tasting. Salad was delicious! Schnitzel was over done. Ox tail, however, was really really yummy! Even the bone was soft enough to chew… Not that I ate the bone. Didn’t get any tapas though, but maybe because we were sitting in the restaurant?
The wall was full of famous people’s pictures, but didn’t have time to look at them.
If you do come, try the ox tail!

We chose this place because the restaurant that we wanted to go to was closed. We stumbled upon Chikito because we wanted to avoid the scorching heat. Their outside seating was very cooling. We ordered tinto de verano (red wine + lemon soda) and it came in a bottle rather than them making it themselves. It was still good but it is definitely on the sweet/​fizzy side. It tasted like Fanta.
This is one of the places that I went to that actually abides by the free tapa with very drink order. I’m not sure if they always have the same tapa everyday but what we got was potato chips with a slice of pork (cold) on top of a slice of bread. Then we ordered a series of tapas. The plates were beautifully designed, but the taste was just okay. Out of all the tapas, I would only get the fried artichokes again. The portion was very small though. The remojon and preso iberica was just meh. The grilled pepper from the preso iberica was sour which is not typical of the other restaurants that I’ve been in. Also, again the portion was very small for the price. The calamari was a safe bet. It tasted pretty good. I wouldn’t recommend eating here. I see most of the locals here just ordering drink and munching on the free tapas.

Four of us had the afternoon meal a week ago at Chikito. Three of us had swordfish very tasty but a bit overdone, ensalada mixta great, patas fritos and postre done well. A little pricy but in the tourist zone so guess you have to expect that. Staff was helpful and service above average
