These guys are great. First, unlike a lot of places(that leave their doors open all day) there is not the perennial cloud of flies indoor — love that. Second, the owners are three brothers. I got one of them who waited on us — he was dressed casually, but it was clear that he had been trained elsewhere as he was spot on. Third, and the reason for 4 stars, when I informed of spouse and offspring’s difficulty with gluten he not only informed her of what food choices would work, but also BROUGHTOUTTHERECIPES so that she could read them and confirm. This is no Angry Chef where it’s «His way or the highway»! But wait, I gave 5 stars — why? We left a small bag in the restaurant by accident. Our guy remembered that we had mentioned that someone had recommended them to us. He called them up and they called US to let us know that we’d left our bag there. Never had that happen before — pretty cool, huh? Pizza was great as was their chicken — don’t be confused by the Americanness of the descriptions. These were Spanish adaptations.
