Une pause sur le chemin de Compostelle ! et quelle pause.
Un bar à Tapas, légèrement excentré, suffisamment loin de la cathédrale et des rues principales pour être au calme et suffisamment proche du centre de León pour bouger en soirée.
Une mention spéciale pour les Tapas, délicieuse, particulièrement celles à la Morcilia avec un confit d’oignons. Un délice…
Les vins sont vraiment sympathique, le campo de Borja m’a laissé un très agréable souvenir.
Enfin le service est agréable et de bons conseils sont donnés par les serveurs.

This review deviates from my original purpose to rate the best hamburger experience; but for reason of mystery to what is, I have to share that this place comes close to the holy of holies with regards to sweet moments for those who are called to walk the Camino de Santiago… It is here that I will begin my Way; it is here Leon, Spain that I had my first supper.

After searching for some actual local Spanish treats, this lovely wine bar on the plaza Santa Maria is full of local flavor and fun! They have a vast array of wines at incredible prices comes along with local Leon cheeses and cured meats. The special added touch comes with its great location. Away from the usual tourist locations the plaza Santa Maria offers a sense of the everyday in Leon. Sit and sip some wine and watch life go by!
Ps. If you are walking the Camino de Santiago this nice bar is right across the Alberge in Leon and offers a fresh taste of Spanish cuisine!
