Bad experience at Al Amparo We had a really terrible experience at this restaurant, which was a great disappointment because it supposedly has an excellent reputation. An incredible series of mishaps: wine ordered was out of stock, the starter of scallops with seaweed was sandy(maybe the chef had just returned from the beach ?), bones in the tuna steak, the shrimps never made it into the shrimp risotto and the chocolate«soufflé»… Was undercooked. A great disappointment, aggravated by the lack of interest of the waiter in our mishaps. All this set us back some 170 euros for two, which is already excessive for the type of food served, but was outrageous for the stuff that we found on our plate. We realize that incidents may happen, and chefs and staff can have off days, but this was simply too much.
