Hotel Hospes

I was really impressed with this hotel until I went to bed; the music at the club next door doesn’t end until 3am and it’s crazy loud. I can stand the sounds of a normal city life but that was absurdly loud. The constant thump of bass was torture. When you’re laying wide awake in bed at 1:14am, counting the minutes until the music ends, and the only solution is for you to get dressed and move rooms, it’s easy to also remember the jackhammer outside the front entrance of the hotel at 4pm today, the broken shower floor that literally rocked up and down like a teeter totter and the pipes that randomly poured water out of them.

Just had dinner here tonight with five work colleagues, and myself. The starters were fine, but when the oxtail and pork steaks came out at 12 midnight, they were certainly NOT fried, grilled or baked… They were definitely MICROWAVED. They were then presented on a plate with just fries… No sauce or jus… NOTHING. Just a crusty piece of meat with fries. And you get all this for $ 320
I’m guessing the chef went home early and the waiters did our food, because it was horrible. And Jorge the waiter did not care.
But that is ok, because the are hundreds of other places we can go eat in Madrid which are fantastic.

Although this is not a true five-​star hotel it is well situated in a very good neighborhood with a lot of little bakeries and coffee shops and lunch places close by. The staff was excellent and Rumen and Ilian especially were very helpful and patient with giving us directions and names of places to eat. A great spot for a first-​time visitor to Madrid thank you

Hoy os voy hablar de lo que fue para mi descubrimiento en el mismo centro de Madrid, donde estuve alojado con mi pareja una noche, pero que será inolvidable.
El hotel se encuentra en la misma plaza de la Independencia o más conocida como la Puerta de Alcalá. Nos proporcionaron una habitación con dos plantas. En la parte inferior un salón con un sofá precioso y una televisión plana grande. En la parte superior la cama junto al baño… de ensueño. Las amenities de excepcional calidad y se respira lujo y buen gusto por todo este pequeño hotel. La dirección tuvo la deferencia de obsequiarnos con un aperitivo a la entrada que hizo si cabe más especial nuestra estancia.
Muy recomendable para alguna ocasión especial ya que cuentas con estar en el centro de la ciudad con todo muy cerca.
El precio… bueno es un lujo y esto se paga. El desayuno lo pedimos en la habitación y fue muy correcto. No podíamos desaprovechar las vistas que teníamos desde nuestra habitación. El personal muy amable y sobre todo es muy profesional. Conozco otros hoteles de la capital y de verdad si quieres un 5 estrellas pequeño y acogedor pero con todo el lujo te recomiendo el Hospes Madrid

We only stayed here one night, but really liked it. The front desk was very personable, and you are treated to a glass of Champagne while you check in. The room was surprisingly large, and well appointed. It had a bed, sofa large shower, separate bathtub. You can walk to virtually everything. there are very hip bars right outside the front door that were always busy. Major shopping is right around the corner. The hotel itself is small, and there seems to be two «wings», although the are very close to each other. WiFi is complimentary.

Localisation idéale au centre de Madrid pour ce 5* design a taille humaine. Le service est très agréable et prévenant: bonnes adresses et petits conseils pour un séjour parfait. Très bonne literie, et chambres grandes et calmes. SPA et petite piscine pour la détente. Bref, idéal pour un séjour touristique a Madrid
