This restaurant was amazing! Just back in The States from another great time in Sitges and ate here AND don’t miss out on Soi 33 — their roof top tapas and drinks space. All was great — the service, owner, food and drink! Highly recommend it! John K. in California

Ok. Let me start by saying I am being very generous nay charitable with my 2 stars. You can’t help but want to love this place. Such a nice feel. Cool owners. Eclectic and interesting menu. Oh how I wish my delight and optimism had continued. Started well with a decent Mojito and an inserting and pretty delicious Watermelon Gazpacho. Then Armageddon arrived, not just for me but throughout the place. For me this meant: Rose wine not cold enough. Ice bucket with no ice. Bottled water ambient(Sitges this time of year = warm) Eternal wait for starter to be cleared Burger arrived still mooing. Pink is one things. Raw is another. I saw another table send theirs back. Mine was edible but really needed more fire. Chips were decent though. Another era ended and begun whilst I waited for a dessert menu. It arrived featuring a couple of token offerings. I hope the owners do not want you to have dessert as that is the message they are sending here. I said they could bring the bill which I would settle up whilst finishing my wine. Eventually(20 mins later) bill arrived. No wine on bill. Being an honest and generous sort I informed them(wine was 1⁄3 of my bill total) but I am guessing many up their clientele would not have bothered. Around me other guests were not faring any better. Struggling to get a drink let alone any food. «Bitten off more than they could chew» springs to mind. A group of nice Spanish lads were at the end of their tether waiting. On a positive the new location is a hit. Styling spot on and I left still wanting to love the place. Maybe with staff who know how to work rather than look pretty they would stand a chance. As I fit the bill I was sorely tempted to don the pink Tshirt uniform and get stuck in helping out. Told you I wanted to love it. Summer job next year?!
