Parrots

We stopped here every night of our holiday and really enjoyed watching the world go by.
Located in the Plaça Indústria both Parrots establishment are the best way to witness the weird and wonderful night owls who descend to the town centre. This bar is a Gay bar and the seats outside are available all day and night.
The drink prices are moderate with a huge cocktail list available in several languages. The measures (like everywhere else in Spain) are free poured so you normally get more than the measures you would get in the UK.
The service at this bar is actually alright. There are times where you need to wave to attract the attention of the waiters but they are efficient when you have finally got your order in.
I would recommend this bar to any Gay person who is new to Sitges.

Parrots is a go to place if you want to watch Sitges life go by at any time of the day. Its a very popular spot with the gay crowd. We used to stop for a drink on the way back from the beach and also after dinner. The drinks are a little more expensive than the other bars around although the drinks are a decent size. You pay for the seats as the bars are located bang smack in the middle of the main stretch leading to the seafront.
Its always busy and they seem to keep adding more seats every year. I did notice that the waiter service this year wasnt as quick as usual. Quite a few of the waiters are more interested in chatting amongst themselves or chatting to people they know rather than keeping an eye on the crowd.
