Pescadito

Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Essen war durchaus ok. Preise überteuert für die gebotene Qualität. Kein Platz um den Abend zu genießen.

Barato y en consecuencia pésimo. Sepia malísima, unos pescaditos que realmente son boquerones fritos con sabor a aceite refrito. Lo único que se salvó fue la esqueixada, medianamente regular y el pan que estaba bueno. Eso si, 25 euros con cervezas!

This is one of the oldest traditional tapas and ‘cocina casera’ (home cooking) restaurants in central Sitges sitting on the main drag of Carrer Montroig. It’s un reconstructed ’70’s Spanish presentation gives it a shabby air that belies the great fresh quality and authenticity of its food at very affordable prices. My standard favourites are their tiny Padron peppers and their fantastic battered chiperones (baby cuttle fish). It only has a tiny front street terrace but plenty of room inside and is a great traditional Spanish/​Catalan experience.

The calamari rings were probably the best calamari I’ve ever had. Most dishes are under 10 € which is pretty good if you’re sharing dishes with other people.

Increíble lugar. Con un buen trasto y buenos precios. Siempre están abiertos para darte de comer.

I love Pescadito– we always pop in and gave some tapas at least once when we are in Sitges. It’s popular with Spanish people which is a great sign.
They have a couple of taps outside at the front and then about twenty tables inside in a long room with the service area to the left. The service is always quick and there’s a great selection of hot and cold tapas.
We had mussels in a tomato sauce, bread with tomato– the bread was delicious– chorizoto sausages, mixed salad, calamari, albondigas, patatas bravas, two bottles of wine and three coffees with a shot of brandy in them and the bill was € 60. It’s great value as we were stuffed.
One to try

Seit Jahren durchweg unser Lieblingslokal. Innen eher typisch spanisch. Einfache Ausstattung mit Holzstühlen und Korbgeflecht, Holztischen, grellem Licht, großer Theke mit Tapas etc. und im Hintergrund die riesigen Kühlvitrinen und Edelstahlkühlschränke auf dem Weg zur Toilette. Natürlich darf der Flachbildschirm zur Verfolgung der Fußballspiele nicht fehlen.
Der Chef Adriano und sämtliche Bedienstete sind immer sehr freundlich und Kundenorientiert.
Die Mini-​Terrasse hat lediglich 3 Tische, so dass wir immer draussen sitzen, ob nun alleine oder mit Hund.
Das Warten auf die leckeren Tapas, kleinen Gerichte und Weine lohnt sich immer, auch wenn man im Sommer sehr lange warten muss, bis ein Platz auf der Terrasse frei wird. Die Preise sind günstig für das Gebotene.

Von guten Bekannten empfohlen. Schon 2x lecker Tapas gegessen. Der Hauswein ist lecker und der Preis ist ok.
