I stumbled across this while looking for dinner one night as it was somewhat hidden, however Great place to visit when in town. Excellent food. I’ve continued to visit when traveling to Prague.

I found this nice restaurant through Unilocal. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food delicious. I had really good hummus, and I rarely say that when it’s not done by my mom! The chicken byriani was also perfect! I will certainly be coming back with guests! Hasta la vista!

A tasty little restaurant for Indian food. I came here with my family, and had a great little meal. The wait staff was super friendly, and the atmosphere was quant. Great place for a casual dinner.

I saw this place had many great ratings, and as I am always looking for awesome places serving different food I had to check it out. This place is not easy to find by any means-You really have to know where you are going. If you are in the Mustek area, on the main drag and see an area labeled ‘Passage’ in czech, you are there. Down a narrow corredor leads you to Bissli, which is extremely quiet and secluded inside this passage. The staff to me seemed a bit confused… The sign outside said Try our hummus! yet I heard the next table try to order it and she said they didn’t have this… then everytime we were asking about menu items, she just replied ‘so you want that?’ It was like no, I am asking you if this onions. If yes then no I don’t want it. Quite strange and annoying in my opinion. We settled on the Samosas and veggie pizza. Both were good in my opinion, but not amazing, and not enough to want to go back here. The food also took forever to come, and was quite pricy for the portion sizes. So was the .5 L of water we got… at 95 crowns that was quite the rip off as well! If in the area and you want good food with no real budget during your time here, then go here. The food is good, but really not for a strict food budget or anyone on a time crunch.

Absolutely delicious food, very nice and friendly staff, very low prices for lunch menu(125CZK) considering the quality. I work nearby and was 4x times on lunch and everytime it was fantastic. You are my personal gem hidden between many poor lunch menus in restaurants around :-) Must visit for a dinner as well soon…

The only problem was my stomach was too small! I wish I had four stomachs like a cow so I could have kept eating… and eating… and eating. This is some truly legitimate cuisine… go and partake, immediately. Prague has a real gem here. It is a new restaurant, only three months old… go help them keep the doors open. They deserve the business and you deserve the grub!

Amazingly tasty Indian food well worth a try. The restaurant is located inside the Panska Pasaz, and not really visible from the street. The place itself isn’t big, but the food is delicious and the stuff is very friendly, the meals are also served quite fast. Usually I’m not a big fan of Indian or too spicy food, but the menu choices here are various enough and you can find some«neutral» options. The price level is average and above average, some dishes are more expensive, but in general not higher than other Indian restaurants around. Definitely recommended to visit.

Have a hankering for Tikka Masala pizza? Well now you can finally quench your hunger at Bissli Indian restaurant just off one of the main shopping streets. The staff is super friendly, the flavors are very tasty and their creativity will blow you away. You can satisfy your traditional Indian food cravings while getting to experience some innovative new dishes. As mentioned earlier, I am a big fan of their tikka masala pizza and also the naan spicy wraps are amazing. When you are finished, treat yourself to some wonderful mango«ice cream.» I highly recommend!

Bissli is a traditional Indian restaurant, located right in the centre but conveniently hidden in Panska Pasaz. I’ve passed by their place few times before and it always smelled delicious but I was finally lucky to go there last night and experience it myself. Verdict — delicious! Every bite of food I tried there was tasty, carefully prepared and nicely presented. Chicken Tikka Masala was creamy and rich in flavour. It was just enough spicy for me so you could really enjoy the flavour. Onion bhajee were so delicious, definitely my favourite appetizer there. Big surprise was Indian pizza, it was interesting:) And then dessert was on the table — mango ice cream! My expectation was not that high since I already enjoyed all that wonderful food and was already full but then you have a bite of this ice cream and you actually wonder should you order another portion of this dessert:) It was that good! I shouldn’t forget to mention very polite and attentive service. They really do care. That’s not something to take for granted in Prague. I will go back for sure to explore more of their menu.

Super tasty food in a great location, although a bit tricky to find in the passage. The menu varies on the weekends, so make sure you stop by more than once. The tikka masala was delicious! Extra friendly and helpful staff.

Amazing indian restaurant in the centrum of Prague. Kind a hidden in one shopping arcade but it´s worth searching. It´s a bit different than other indian restaurants in Prague. They don´t offer only a traditional meals but also tikka pizza or lamburger. Pizza is not bad but probably wont become my favourite meal :-) Lamburger is much better. Otherwise all the traditional and known meals are really good and wait for you. The choice is maybe not so big than in other places but the quality totally beats the lack of quantity so that´s perfect. Prices are reasonable for the centrum of Prague. Service is perfect. Wi-fi works. The place is not overdecorated. Chairs are comfortable. Meals are delicious. Yap, I was happy, my stomach was happy and therefore I will come again :-)

If this restaurant were on the street, it would be packed all the time. Instead it’s like a great treasure discovered in a small passage off the main shopping strip near Mustek. As soon as you walk into the passage, you can smell the delicious food. My personal favorite is the butter chicken. I had it in lots of other places but Bissli is simply the best. Surprisingly the sweet dishes are some of my favorites. Usually I never even bother with desserts but the mango«ice cream» is divine and unique and you’ll be talking about it for days after. Also the coconut naan. Definitely recommend!

Whoop whoop, Indian fusion. As a fellow guest at our table nicely put it: «I don’t think fusion is a good Invention»…usually! The kind of Indian fusion that Bissli has to offer, however doesn’t lack the authenticity that a lot of fusion ideas naturally can’t offer. Of course nobody waited desperately for the invention of Tikka Masala pizza(which is exactly what it’s called) — but now that it exists, I am an absolute fan. Once you find the place in the passage you might at first be confused by the futuristic Star Trek look of all the shops around Bissli. Don’t let this impression steer you away from the place though! Every single authentic Indian dish I had there was delicious. The fusionesque options might be good gateway drugs for people in your party who aren’t fans of Indian food(yet) — I mean, who doesn’t like their pizza spiced up a bit? Oh and talking about spice — there’s one concern that might be a bonus for a lot of people. For me personally most of the dishes were surprisingly mild and un-spicy. So I actually missed the spiciness a bit but as I said, this might be a plus for most people. One more little plus: The staff is super friendly and very willing to answer all your questions and even let you take a look behind the scenes if you want to know why the chicken is so pinkish-red from the outside in Tikka dishes.

Bissli is a great new addition to the authentic Indian Food Restaurants in Prague. The place, even though located on one of the busiest and most central streets in Prague, is kind of hidden in the Panska Pasaz, which adds to its special and relaxed atmosphere. It is a rather small place that offers fast yet super delicious halal Indian meals that are spiced up by originality. I am Indian food lover and I believe that I have already tasted many Indian meals, but in Bissli they managed to surprise me by very original and perfectly set up menu. When it comes to the traditional meals, their Chicken Tikka Masala was absolutely amazing and so was their Indian soup. What I did, however, absolutely adore was their pizza — yes, not Italian but Indian! and then their absolutely delicious mango dessert. The staff is very attentive and polite and if you are interested in the meals or any facts about the Indian cuisines, do not hesitate to ask them as their are very knowledgeable and happy to answer any of your questions. For me, it was an absolutely great evening in Bissli and I will be definitely coming back.
