Lovely restaurant located in the Hilton Prague Hotel. Attentive staff, delicious food, and wonderful selection of regional and international wines. Every dish we were served from soup to dessert was perfect.

My fiancé and I visited this place twice during or stay, However, it was mainly because it was one of the two restaurants in Hilton Hotel, where we were guests. The first thing you should know, is that it’s better to make a reservation as it allows the staff to give you a better table in the quiet area. The interior seems really nice — elegant yet comfortable. The light is soft and it adds to the peaceful atmosphere, therefore it makes a great place for romantic dinners. The staff was very professional and helpful. They didn’t treat us differently due to our age(we look really young), which sometimes happens in such a luxurious restaurants. We were seated in a quiet little corner and we then proceed to order our courses. As a starter we ordered Canadian Lobster Raviolone on Baby Spinach and Livornese Sauce. It was good but nothing special, I counted on more. As a main I decided on Slow Cooked Norvegian Salmon Sous-Vide with Potato Crab Cake and my partner on Monkfish Fillet with Grapefruit Risotto and Slow Braised Fennel. We both were satisfied with our choices. The dishes were visually pleasant and very tasty. On the second visit I ordered Free Range Spit Roasted Baby Chicken Flavored with Sage, Lemon Zest and Butter and my partner Black Angus Beef Tenderlion. They weren’t anything to complain either :). But the real treat were the desserts. We both decided on Strawberry Pistachio Charlotte with Mascarpone Sabayo and it tasted heavenly — creamy and sweet and fresh. Perfect! Chocolate Savarin with Stewed Oranges and Citrus Confit was also very good, but chocolate was a little to bitter for me and I switched with my partner for Vanilla Pannacotta on Almond Crust with Raspberry Foam and Lime Meringue, which was simply great. The wines to go with our dishes were chosen by waiters and they did a very good job. I also really liked their Campari aperitives. The restaurant is rather expansive, so be prepared to leave a lot of money, however I found it worth the price. Also we were for the real surprise on our first visit, as someone completely unknown to us footed our bill. Thank you kind stranger!
